Synopsis of Your Name
Taki wakes up from a significant dream. He wakes up in an unknown room and the girl’s body.
On the other hand, Mitsuha is a teenage girl living in a village in the mountains who wishes to be a handsome boy from Tokyo in her next life.
The next day, Mitsuha strangely wakes up as a high school student. As time passes after obtaining information, she realizes that her body is inhabited by a boy named Taki.
Their bodies have been switched. When they awaken again, they discover that they have returned to their former selves and realize that sleep brings about the exchange of bodies over and over again.
Mysteriously, the same pattern repeats itself every day, and they begin to leave each other notes to communicate.
Clumsily, they manage to overcome one challenge after another, and a bond is created between them that gradually becomes something more.
